Due to COVID-19 we have made some changes to the salon space and our policies to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients.  Please read the following policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 and your appointment.

While we are excited to see you and get back to doing what we love, our ultimate goal is to keep our community as safe as possible. We are still a low toxic salon and will be using an EPA certified disinfectant on our tools and equipment that is stronger than bleach but still food safe. We have invested in two high power air purifiers to keep the environment as toxin free as possible during your visit. 

We appreciate your understanding and patience with us during our closure and reopening.

Before you arrive:

  • Please self check for symptons. If you are feeling ill or have been around anyone ill or are exhibiting symptoms of illness or if you have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with Covid19 please contact the salon via email (info@staghairparlor.com) to reschedule your appointment.  Please be aware of our cancellation policy.

  • Personal belongings: Please do not bring any oversized bags, food, or beverages with you.

When you arrive :

  • Masks: No guests will be permitted without a face mask with ear straps. If you do not have one, one will be provided for you. You will be asked to keep the mask on for the duration of your service.

  • You will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival.  Cell phone sanitizing wipes and gloves will be provided. 

  • Please come to your appointment alone. Only the individual receiving the services will be allowed to enter. So please leave your children, friends, partners and pets at home.

  • Screening: We will be temp screening with a touchless thermometer. Again, we encourage you to self screen at home prior to your visit. If you are running a fever of 100.00 or higher you will NOT be serviced and will be  asked to wait 14 days to reschedule your appointment.

 Social distancing and limited contact:

  • Do your best to social distance 6 feet or more with other patrons and stylists. Refrain from hand shakes and hugs and other instances of touch other than your hair service.

  • We will no longer be receiving in-person-payment and cash transactions will not be allowed.  Your appointment was charged in full at booking to your CC on file. Any price adjustments (color pricing, add on services, products) will be processed as a separate charge.

  • We will have very limited retail in stock for purchase. If you’d like to purchase a product it will be charged your CC on file. QR codes to our affiliate links will be posted. You will still be able to support our business by purchasing products online.

  • Stag Hair Parlor is not permitted to serve beverages at this time. 

Gratuity:

  • Please ask your stylist if they are comfortable receiving cash gratuity. All stylists Venmo QR codes will be posted at their work station and you can send gratuity virtually if needed.
